This SOLAIX Terms of Service (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between SOLAIX (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or entity accessing or using our services (“Customer”). This Agreement consists of the terms and conditions outlined below and any associated Order Form or agreements signed with SOLAIX. The “Effective Date” of this Agreement is the earlier of (a) the Customer’s initial access to the services through online registration, provisioning, or order process, or (b) the date of the first associated Order Form.

This Agreement governs the Customer’s initial use of the SOLAIX platform as well as any future access or purchases referencing this Agreement. SOLAIX may amend this Agreement periodically, with changes effective as described in Section 13.4 (Amendment).

Capitalized terms used herein will have the meanings defined in Section 1 or as specified where they are first introduced.

This Agreement sets the foundation for your use of SOLAIX’s services and ensures mutual understanding between you and SOLAIX about the terms, rights, and obligations tied to using the platform.

1. Definitions

1.1 "Authorized Devices"
Devices such as mobile, desktop, or other platforms that can be used to access and interact with the SOLAIX Services.

1.2 "Content"
Includes data, code, materials, graphics, documents, or other items created or uploaded to the SOLAIX platform by the Customer or its Users.

1.3 "Documentation"
Refers to technical guides, user manuals, and other instructional materials provided by SOLAIX, either in electronic or hard copy form, detailing how to use and operate the Services.

1.4 "Services"
SOLAIX’s proprietary AI-powered analytics tools and trading ecosystem, accessed via web-based applications, mobile apps, and desktop platforms. Details of the Customer’s subscription and access rights will be outlined in the Order Form.

1.5 "Order Form"
A document or agreement signed by both parties specifying the SOLAIX Services or subscription level to be made available to the Customer under this Agreement.

1.6 "Packages" or "Components"
Additional modules or features offered within the SOLAIX platform. These may be developed by SOLAIX, the Customer, or third parties. SOLAIX supports its own Packages and Components as part of the Services but does not guarantee the functionality of those created by third parties.

1.7 "User"
An individual associated with the Customer, such as an employee or contractor, who is granted access to the SOLAIX platform as per the Customer’s subscription.

1.8 "Services"
Refers to SOLAIX’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for AI-powered crypto analytics, trading tools, and other associated solutions, including web and mobile applications. Specific subscription details are identified in the Order Form.

2. License and use rights

2.1 Services
SOLAIX hereby grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license during the Term (as defined in Section 12) to:
(a) use the Services, including downloading and installing desktop or mobile applications on Authorized Devices, solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes and in accordance with the Documentation; and
(b) use SOLAIX’s SaaS product, AI analytics tools, trading systems, and related applications. The Services are provided electronically.

2.2 Provisioning the Services
SOLAIX will provide the Customer with the necessary passwords, security protocols, policies, and network connections (“Access Protocols”) to enable access to the Services as described in this Agreement. No other access to the website, servers, or systems from which the Services are delivered is permitted.

The Customer will provision its Users to access and utilize the features and functionalities of the Services via the Access Protocols. The Customer may designate one or more Users as administrators to manage and oversee the use of the Services on behalf of the Customer. The Customer is responsible for all actions and omissions of its Users while using the Services.
